Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification and Course

The first and only negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.  The RENE is designed to elevate and enhance negotiating skills so that today's real estate professional can play the game and win.  To learn more about the RENE certification and requirements, click here.

The RENE course serves as an elective towards the SRS designation.

This is a 2-day course providing an interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game.  A full spectrum of tips, tools, and techniques are provided so that REALTORS® can produce effective results for their clients.

  • This course is 14 hours of instruction (2-day classroom course and can be broken up into two or four sessions for virtual delivery).
  • A typical 2-day offering would be 8-1/2 hours each day (7 hours of instruction; 1 hour lunch; two 15 minute breaks -- ex.  8:30 am - 5 pm).
  • The RENE certification is owned and conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
  • The course royalty is $60 USD per student.

    All of the materials you need for the course are included in the Dropbox folder.  We recommend that you first review the "Read Me" file located in the folder to familiarize yourself with each of the materials required for the course.
